A development company in Fort Myers Florida contracted me to do a bunch of different ideas in dimensional renderings based on the current size of the lobby, and taking into account the planned additional square footage. They wanted to present "realistic" visuals to the residents of a few different options to help ensure the approval of an increased monthly association fee to pay for the renovations.

A second development company in Fort Myers Florida contracted me to do a  conceptual rendering to show how the snack bar will look upon completion to get the public excited for this project. I worked from a simple line plan drawing and some of the selected ideas the customer was thinking of including, but most final decisions don't get approved until they are needed, so many of the visuals were needing to act as a "idea" and not meant to drive an exacting picture of completion.

Also note below: I included some process and frame studies to work out proportions, parts, and how to blend the photo of the real building with the layered illustration I created using SketchUp and Photoshop.
